Alpha Cubed Investments is pleased to announce that Anthony Olmos has joined Alpha Cubed Investments as a Portfolio Analyst.
Anthony graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, with a Master of Finance degree. During his studies, he led a select group of MBA & finance students to manage a portion of the university’s endowment, providing in-depth analysis and competing in multiple nationwide portfolio competitions. He holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and has completed Level I of the CFA program. When not studying for a CFA exam, he develops his programming skills in Python, creating event-driven and pairs-trading algorithms.
Anthony began his career in 2018 with Raymond James as a Branch Associate and later became an Investment Adviser. During this time, he supported the team by developing analytical models and provided fundamental research on individual securities for client portfolios. In his current role, Anthony is responsible for aiding the Portfolio Associates and Managers with client relations and marketing, reviewing client and prospective client portfolios, and executing trades for the firm.
Anthony spends most of his free time with his family and friends and on his favorite hobbies—snowboarding, running, surfing, and watching F1 and the 49ers. He also enjoys spending his time volunteering at animal shelters, helping where he can.
